Hi-Tech Bangla Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Chemical Engineer with about 5 years of experience for Energy, Process & Utility sector in the Dallas, TX area. The Chemical Engineer will be a design professional for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost effective, designs, drawings and specifications for process projects in the Energy, Process & Utility industry. The individual will participate as a team member to deliver integrated process/systems as specified and contracted.

Job Description:
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the following tasks:

• 1. Conduct requirement analysis on current system and develop detailed design specifications on upgrade or integration needs.
• 2. Provide recommendations on innovative and cost effective options for delivering and improving client's existing system
• 3. Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for client personnel to ensure operations and provide other relevant supports
• 4. Establishes guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host environment and client tools
• 5. Gather business requirements and understand client needs
• 6. Validate integration of new system or upgrade of existing system by testing programs
• 7. Provide technical assistance to Software Application Developers, Network Architects, and Integration Specialist
• 8. Ability to gather feedback and opinions from multiple stakeholders
• 9. Serve as liaison between IT staff and client management
• 10. Perform other related duties as assigned
• 11. Work in a methodical fashion to create clear accurate documentation and implement designs in a diverse team environment
• 12.Stay current with technological developments and recommend adaptation of new advancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of work experience. Masters in Business Administraion is preferred. Experience in project management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in one or more of software and database:

• Language: C/C+/C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SAP, ERP, SQL.
• Related Software: Visual Studio, CodeBlocks, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Excel, Pivot Table, Senerio Manager, Solver
• Database: MySQL/MSSQL, Oracle
• O/S: Windows 7 and 10, Windows 2008 Server

Salary: Negotiable
